Happy Holidays: A Letter From Our CEO
December 17th, 2019 / Alese Oldenburg
As you can imagine, the holiday season is very special for us here at Forever Companies. With each ring we shine, each bracelet we meticulously craft, each necklace that is placed carefully in its box, we imagine the moment. We call it the Moment of Joy, shared equally by the one who gives, and the one who receives.
It fills us with purpose.
The Joy energy is powerful. It is equal parts generosity and gratitude. Those of us who work here quite literally feel it, especially this time of year. Our fine jewelry is an icon that communicates love. Love given to mothers, sisters, wives, husbands, and future partners for life. Love of the Earth, because a choice was made, in purchasing from us, to do no harm to land or ocean. And, by no small measure, a purchase from us means that the expression of love is pure, and has not come at the expense of people in other countries who may have been exploited simply to find a stone.
Holiday Joy, however, is hard work. It requires thousands upon thousands of gifts to be made by hand and delivered on time. I would like to thank every Santa and Elf in the Forever Companies family for their tireless efforts.
I thank our customers, who have trusted us time and time again to deliver the best service and product quality in the industry. We continue to grow because of your ratings, referrals, and trust. It means a lot to us that our customers return to mark the significant milestones in their lives with heirloom jewelry. Thank you. It is a privilege to serve you.
Thank you to our designers, artisans, engineers, goldsmiths, our customer service professionals, our marketing team, our programmers and coders, and our vendor partners who help us in the labs to grow our stones and provide us with recycled precious metals. You all play an important role in the movement to make quality fine jewelry both sustainable and accessible to more people. Thank you.
I wish you a dazzling holiday season, bright with family and friends. In the coming year, and forever, may you have many cherished Moments of Joy.
To Love,
Gary LaCourt, Founder and CEO, Forever Companies
